Chosen5 have secured the final spot at PLG Grand Slam, the event's organisers have announced. The Jordanian side are the third team from the Middle East confirmed for the tournament, following in the footsteps of invitee NASR and Persian qualifier winner bluuuuud. Chosen5's most notable achievements include reaching two WESG regional events. In 2016, the team placed fourth at the Middle East & Africa Finals with current HellRaisers member Issa "ISSAA" Murad in their ranks, while in 2017 they finished in 11th-12th place at the Asia-Pacific event. More recently, the Jordanians fell to Viva Algeria in the WESG 2018 Africa grand final.  Running from December 13-15, the PLG Grand Slam will be held in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, where 16 squads will battle it out for their share of the $100,000 prize pool.
